摘　　要：讨论了目前舰舰导弹武器系统作战效能评估中的几点不足,提出了用多因素模糊评估的方法评估舰舰导弹武器系统的综合作战效能.首先,给出了多因素模糊评估模型,包括确定评估因素指标集和加权相对偏差距离最小法的评估步骤;其次,通过对具有典型意义的5种舰舰导弹武器系统的综合作战效能进行多因素模糊评估,给出了应用示例,并对评估模型进行了分析,得出结论.In this paper,the deficiency in evaluating the operational efficiency of ASM systems is discussed,and the fuzzy method to evaluate the operational efficiency of ASM systems is put forward.Firstly,the fuzzy model is established,including confirming the congregate of factor index and the evaluation process of the method-windage distance comparatively minimum.Secondly,the fuzzy method is used to evaluate the operational efficiency of five abroad type ASM systems and analysis the evaluation result.At last,the conclusion is acquired through analyzing the fuzzy model and evaluation result.
