发达国家按人力资本分配对我国的启示

摘　　要：美国、法国、日本等发达国家发展速度快的一个重要原因是能够充分利用其国民的人力资本,给予人力资本合理的收益权利,充分调动人的积极性和创造性.他们的很多理论和方法,尤其是按人力资本分配的实践值得我国学习和借鉴.The author holds that the full utilization of their human power resources is one of the important factors contributing to the rapid growth of America,France and Japan.A reasonable benefit obtained from human power capital has greatly aroused people's enthusiasm and creativity in these countries.There is much in their theories and methods that we can learn and make use of,especially the practice of distribution according to human power capital.
