摘　　要：玉溪师范学院在公务公开的实施过程中,对公开的具体项目和公开的方式作了明确规定,并严格执行,推进了依法行政、依法治校工作,但也存在不完善之处,还要不断强化认识,力求人、财、物管理的规范和科学化。在公务公开的形式上也应多样,特别要在教职工评聘,人才引进,干部提拔和监督制度等方面加大公开力度。Yuxi Teachers' College set regulations that stipulate clearly the items and the manners of school affairs to go open to the public,which have been strictly carried out.However,there are many places for further improvements.People's awareness is still to be promoted so that the management of stuff,expenditure and property are standardized and rational.The variety of manners of making affairs open should be increased and more efforts are to be made in academic title appraisal process,the hiring of new able teachers and appointment of new cadres.
