肉苁蓉的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:建立肉苁蓉的色谱指纹图谱检测方法。方法:以麦角甾苷为参照物,用HPLC方法建立肉苁蓉甲醇提取物的指纹图谱。色谱柱:Shim-packVP-ODS柱(4.6×150mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.05molCL醋酸钠缓冲液(冰醋酸调pH4.0)(12:11:77),流速:1.0mLCmin,检测波长:334nm。结果:标示出肉苁蓉12个共有峰。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可以作为肉苁蓉质量评价和品种鉴别的重要依据之一。Objective:To establish methods with fingerprint chromatograph for the Cistanche deserticola detection.Methods:With acteoside as the reference substance,fingerprint chromatograph for methanol extraction of Cistanche deserticola were established by HPLC.The chromatography column was Shim-pack VP-ODS(4.6×150mm,5μm).Mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-0.05mol/L sodium acetate buffer(adjust PH to 4.0 with Acetic acid glacial )(12:11:77).Flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Detection wavelength:334nm.Results:There were 12 peaks on the Cistanche deserticola HPLC fingerprint chromatogram.Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used in quality evaluation and variety discrimination of Cistanche deserticola.
