摘　　要：目的:研究加味保和颗粒剂的制备方法并建立该制剂的质量控制标准。方法:运用喷雾干燥制粒技术进行工艺制备,运用薄层色谱法进行质量控制。结果:所研究制剂工艺合理,测定方法可靠。结论:该颗粒剂制备工艺简便,质量稳定,测定方法重现性良好。Objective:To study the preparation and quality control of Jiawei Baohe granules. Methods:Jiawei Baohe Granules were prepared by spraying-drying method and qualitatively identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC). Result:The preparation technology was simple and stable. Conclusion:The preparation of this granules is feasible. The identification of active constituents was repeatable.
