摘  要:目的了解维生素C注射液(VC)在大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)中的抗氧自由基作用。方法将实验动物随机分为实验和对照各6组,实验组动物用油酸损伤加VC,对照组用生理盐水替换VC。用检测丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷光甘肽(GSH)和谷光甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)来评定氧自由基水平,肺系数评定急性炎症肺水肿程度。取右肺尖组织做光镜病理学切片检查。结果VC干预可延缓油酸损伤导致的肺系数最大值,明显降低损伤后MDA水平,升高损伤后SOD、GSH和GSH-Px水平;光镜显示治疗组炎细胞浸润与肺泡充血水肿程度由重至轻依次为:12 h、24 h、36 h、6 h组。结论维生素C是一种较强的抗氧化药物,常规剂量给予即能有效地降低MDA水平,提高SOD、GSH和GSH-Px水平,缓解ALI;给予间隔时间以不超过12 h为宜。Objective To understand the anti-oxygenic free radicals function of vitamin C(VC) in acute lung injury(ALI) on big rats.Methods The experimental animals were divided into 12 groups randomly.Half were the curative groups and the others were the injured groups as control.The curative groups were injected oleic acid and VC;The VC was replaced by NS in control groups.Assessed the level of oxygen free radicals by examining malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),γ-glutamylcysteinylglycine(GSH) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),assessed the pulmonary edema degree by calculating lung coefficient.The pathological slices were made from the tissues of apex of right lung and checked under light microscope.Results VC could prolong the peak of the lung coefficient,significantly reduce the level of MDA and step up the level of SOD,GSH and GSH-Px after injury.Mass of inflammatory cells,and it was Group of 12 hrs,24 hrs,36 hrs,6 hrs gradually from severe to slightly,the congestion and edema of pulmonary alveoli checked through pathological slices.Conclusion Vitamin C is a kind of fairly strong anti-oxygenic medicine,the routine dose can lower the level of MDA effectually,elevate the level of SOD,GSH and GSH-Px,alleviate ALI.The proper interval time of annexing VC is less than 12 hrs.
