摘　　要：目的探讨血液成分采集和置换治疗患者围血细胞分离术期的护理。方法对6例患者共进行11次血液单采及置换治疗时,术前进行细致的心理护理、充分的术前检查及其他完善的术前准备;术中密切观察病情变化、预防低钙血症的发生、管理好液体、保护好血管通路。结果6例患者均达到满意疗效。结论正确的围血细胞分离术期的护理有利于提高采集产品的质量及治疗效果。Objective Discussing the nursing of patients whose blood ingredients have been collected and received replaced therapy in the period of around blood cell separation.Methods When 11 times blood collection and replaced therapy was done to six patients,careful psychological nursing before operation,close observation to the ill situation,prevention the occurrence of hypocalcemia,management of the fluids and protection of the paths of blood vessels were all very necessary in the course of operation.Results Six patients are all treated with satisfactory results.Conclusion The right nursing in the course of around separating therapy was benefit to improve the quality of products collecting and therapy results.
