通心络胶囊对糖尿病患者血液流变学、血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病患者血液流变学和血脂的变化及通心络胶囊对其影响。方法分别测定60例糖尿病患者血液流变学和血脂指标,并与50例健康老年人进行比较,其中60例患者于通心络治疗4周后再次检测血液流变学和血脂指标,观察通心络胶囊的治疗作用。结果糖尿病患者血液流变学参数均较健康老年组高(P<0.01);血甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均较健康老年组高(P<0.05或P<0.01);经通心络胶囊治疗后,血液流变学和血脂参数均有明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者存在血液流变学和血脂参数的明显异常;通心络胶囊可改善糖尿病患者的血脂及血液流变学异常。Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on hemorrheology and blood lipid in diabetic patients.Methods The hemorrheology indeses and blood lipids levels were measured in 60 diabetic patients and compared with those of 50 healthy old men.The hemorrheology indexes and lipids levels were remeasured in 60 patients after four week's treatment in order to assess the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo capsule.Results The hemorrheology indexes and the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C) in diabetic patients group were significantly higher than those in healthy control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The hemorrheology indexes and blood lipids levels were significantly improved in diabetic patients group after treating with Tongxinluo capsule,as compared with those before treating(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Theobvious abnormalities of hemorrheology indexes and blood lipids levels are found in diabetic patients.Tongxinluo capsule can improve the abnormalities.
