新诊2型糖尿病胰岛素强化治疗的临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨新诊断的2型糖尿病患者早期胰岛素强化治疗的临床疗效和对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法对新诊断的2型糖尿病患者22例,予胰岛素强化治疗方案,观察治疗前、后及脱离胰岛素治疗的血糖变化、空腹胰岛素的变化、胰岛β细胞功能的变化。结果使用胰岛素强化治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖控制满意,糖化血红蛋白下降,餐后胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗明显改善;而且脱离胰岛素治疗后血糖控制满意。结论2型糖尿病患者早期胰岛素强化治疗能更有效地控制血糖水平,降低高糖毒性,减轻胰岛素抵抗,使胰岛β细胞功能恢复,可能对延缓糖尿病自然病程的进程,预防糖尿病慢性并发症有积极的意义。Objective To explore the clinical effection of the early strengtten treatment of insulin in the type 2 diabete's patient which was new diagnosed and explore the effect of the function of β-cell.Methods 22 cases of type 2 diabetes in new diagnosed,giving to the strengthen treatment of insulin,observing the change of blood sugar,insulin,and β-cell's function before treating and separating from insulin treatment.Results After using the treatment,FBG,2hBG could control satisfied.At the same time,HbA1C could fall and PINS,HOMA-IR could be improved.So separated from treatment,blood sugar would be controlling satisfied.Conclusion The early using treatment,the level of blood sugar will be more effective control,and also reduce the toxicity,ligten the insulin's resisting, resume β-cell's function.It is possible to delay the progress of the natural course of disease and prevent the chronic complication of insulin.
