摘 要:针对机械工程设备对传动系统的可靠性要求不断提高的现状,将灰色系统理论中的灰色关联度分析方法引入到微小型正弦活齿传动系统模糊故障树分析中.根据故障底事件结构重要度,以典型模式为母序列,以底事件结构重要度为子序列,以关联度评价结果分析灰色关联模型,对故障树中各种故障模式发生的可能性大小作出了准确判断.将此方法用在微小型正弦活齿传动系统模糊故障树分析中,证明了方法的正确性.According to the increasing reliability requirement of the driving system used in mechanical engi- neering equipments,grey correlation analysis method in the grey system is employed analyze the fuzzy fault tree of miniature sine oscillating tooth gear drive.The method regards typical modes as primary-sequences,the structural importance degree of basis case as sub- sequences,top-difference as transforming method of basis da- ta correctly as estimating indexes of minimal cuts.Possibility of fault tree model was judged correctly in fault tree analysis.The paper takes fuzzy fault tree of miniature sine oscillating tooth gear driver as an example to illuminate this method.It is proved that the reducer system is safe,and the theoretical foundation of improv- ing its structure design was supplied for increasing its systemic reliability.
