产宝口服液催乳作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察产宝口服液对产后缺乳的临床疗效,初步探讨产宝口服液催乳的作用机制。方法:选取缺乳患者(气血两虚证)60例随机分为空白组、补血生乳颗粒组、产宝口服液组,观察治疗前和治疗5d的泌乳量和血清催乳素水平及疗效。结果:产宝口服液组泌乳量治疗前(20．5±13．2)ml,治疗后第1-5d泌乳量分别为(56．0±22．6)ml、(104．0±25．27)ml、(130．5±20．9)ml、(159．0±25．5)ml、(197．5±20．7)ml;催乳素治疗前(19．88±2．24)ng／ml,治疗后(24．11±2．46)ng／ml,治疗前后差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0．01),且与空白组比较差异有非常显著性意义(P<0．01)。产宝口服液组总有效率90％,补血生乳颗粒组总有效率95％,差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论:产宝口服液通过提高血清催乳素水平促进泌乳,对产后缺乳具有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the curative effect of Chanbao Oral Liquid (COL) on the woman with puerperal hypogalactia and investigate the mechanism of the liquid in stimulating milk secretion. MethodsThe 60 patients with puerperal hypogalactia, to be deficiency in both Qi and blood, was divided randomly into blank, nourishing blood to promote milk secretion and COL groups and treated with COL 5 days, then the quantity of milk secretion and the level of PRL were observed. Results COL could promote the milk secretion from(20.5±13.2) ml before treatment to (56.0±22.6)ml,(104.0±25.27)ml,(130.5±20.9)ml,(159.0±25.5)ml and(197.5±20. 7)ml after treating 1-5 day ,the level of serum PRL from (19.88±2.24)ng/ml to(24. 11±2.46)ng/ml, in which all the differences were significant(p<0.01) ,and it also were significant compared with the blank group(p <0.01). Conclusion COL can promote milk secretion by means of increased serum PRL level and is effective to stimulate milk secretion.
