武术创新教学方法在大学通识类选修课教学中的实验研究

摘　　要：如何提高大学通识类选修课教学水平,培养大学生的人文素质,是当前通识教育的热点和重点问题。文章通过广泛收集与阅读各种学校的武术教学资料,并对相关的文献资料进行分析与归纳,总结出整体的展示与名胜古迹游览法“、流水”练习法、互助与个体差异教学法等六种行之有效的方法,并进行相关实验。结论认为:武术创新教学方法的实施可以更加有利于大学生武术技术水平的提高,增强学习武术的兴趣;能进一步促进大学生身体素质的提高;提高学生的创新能力并增强人文素质。How to improve the teaching level about general kinds Wushu in university elective class, cultivate university students' culture diathesis, is a hotspot and keystone issue in General Education kinds education. By extensive collecting and reading some scholastic Wushu data, analysing and concluding the correlative literature data, the results show that there are holistic revelation and travelling historic method, 'flowing water' practice method,concur and diversity to everybody in teaching method and so on, carrying the experience through the General Education kinds elective class of wushu in a university of guangzhou. The results is that :the implement of the innovate teaching methods in Wushu class can improve students' Wushu level and build up their studying interests, accelerate students'body diathesis to a high level, and enhance students'inaugurate ability and build up their culture diathesis.
