浅谈新规则难度动作对套路编排的影响

摘　　要：针对国家武术运动管理中心于2003年制定的全新套路竞赛规则的实施,对参加2005年全国武术锦标赛的67名运动员进行调查分析,文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法的研究方法分析了难度动作对套路编排的影响。结论认为:只有加强与难度动作相呼应的训练方式才能进一步提高训练实效,才能使套路的编排在难度动作注入后形成相互统一的整体。In 2003, new rules on Wushu Taolucompetition was worked out by the National Wushu Management..The essay was about the impact of the new rules to athletes in the 2005 National Wushu Champion.Throng the investigation and analysis among the 67 athlets who took part in the 2005 Wushu Championship Competition, With the methods of document study, questionair and intewiewing experts, the paper do some analysis on the imprt of the difficult part arranged in the routine. The concludes is that only impose the difficult part of the training can increase the effect of training, and to make the routine ingredient after more difficult part was added in.
