摘　　要：文章从武术的健身、娱乐、文化等方面对武术的价值作用进行了论述,并结合我国中小学武术的教育现状,从中华武术所蕴含的价值来剖析武术对中小学生身心健康方面教育的重要性,旨在弘扬中华武术、推动和普及中小学武术教育。The essay is on the base of the nowdays country middle and primary school conditions,and from the function of healthy.funny ,and cultural in Wushu. to illustrate the functions in Wushu for middle and primary school students and to help them keep fit, to spread the Chinese Wushu, improve middle and primary school Wushu teaching.
