西部民族传统体育发展的文化选择

摘　　要：文章通过对西部民族传统体育与现代体育的差异分析,揭示了社会生产力发展水平是民族传统体育发展变迁的文化动因,指出了民族传统体育面对西部大开发应作出向代表西部民族文化符号、服务西部民族全民健身、走向国内国际竞技舞台三个不同的方向进行新的文化选择与整合创新,实现现代转型。This paper analyses the differences between Chinese traditional P.E. and modern P.E.,in the west region. By doing this,it indicates that the development of social productivities motivates traditional P.E.. It also points out that during the development of western region, Chinese traditional P.E. should select new culture and make innovations on these three sides:culture's symbols standing for western region,mass participation serving for western nations and forging ahead toward internal and external arena,and then realize its modernization.
