摘　　要：随着电能质量问题的重要性日益突出,电能质量问题已经成为当前国际供电界关注的首要技术问题。本文概述了电能质量监测技术的发展趋势,介绍了当今电能质量控制技术及设备基本情况,总结对比了国内外电能质量控制水平和控制策略的差异,针对我国电能质量方面的问题提出了一些建议。Along with the increasingly outstanding of the importance of power quality, the power quality problem has been the principal technology matters in the present international current supply field. This paper summarizes the development trend of power quality monitoring technology, introduces the base case of power quality mitigation technology and equipment nowadays, sum-ups and contrasts the differences of electric quality mitigation level and management policy inland and overseas, and proposes some advices according to power quality problems in our country.
