多功能电能表现场数据采集系统的研究

摘　　要：本文主要依据国家电力部行业标准DL/T645《多功能电能表通讯规约》,结合485总线的特点以及生产现场大量使用电能表的现状,针对多功能电能表现场数据采集系统中扩展系统的研究。该系统采用在通讯线路上增设数据采集控制器,利用单片机的一个I/O端口控制八路继电器的方式实现硬件扩展,软件完成PC机与控制器的通讯,采用中断控制I/O端口电平变化实现硬件动作。这种工作方式不仅实现485总线的扩展而且对电能表实行分区控制。现场实践表明,整个系统性能稳定、可靠,并且可移植到其他数据采集系统中。Based on the regulation of national electronic power department’s standard DL/T645《Multi-function watt-hour meter comunication protocol》,recognizing the characteristics of the RS-485 bus and the actuality that a great deal of Watt-hour Meter working at the spot, the Extended System of the Multi-function Watt-hour Meter Spot Data Acquistion System has been researched.A Spot Data Acquation Instrument which extended the RS-485 bus by control eight relay with one I/O port of SCM , completed the communication and implemented the action of the hardware by control the voltage of the I/O port with software. Based on experimental results on many kinds of practise, the system is proven to be stable 、reliable and it can be used by other systems.
