摘　　要：四针状氧化锌(T-ZnO)晶须是目前发现的唯一具有三维四针状结构的晶须,具有材料增强、抗静电、吸波、抗菌、吸声等特性,是一种非常有发展前途的多功能材料。叙述了T-ZnO晶须的结构特性、制备方法、生长机理,研究应用等,预测了今后T-ZnO的研究方向和工作重点。Tetrapod-shaped zinc oxide(T-ZnO) whiskers is a new functional material which has the unique three-dimensional and tetrapod-shaped structure.T-ZnO whiskers has the characters of strengthening materials,absorbing wave,antibiosis behaviour,absorting sound,etc. In this paper,the structure,characters,the methods of preparation,the mechanism of growth and applications in many fields are introduced. At last, the research trend of T-ZnO whiskers is predicted.
