摘　　要：Email是在Internet上应用最广泛的通信方式,应用Email将读者的图书借还信息及时地发送至各自邮箱的功能,可以方便读者及时查对图书借阅信息,友情提醒读者的图书超期信息,以防超期罚款。本文在讨论了SMTP原理的基础上,采用VB对实现图书借还信息的邮件发送进行了探讨和开发。Email is the most extensive communication mode in the Internet.Sending the information of borrowing and returning to reader's email immediately by the Email can help the reader know the information;in the same time,the email can send the information of fine for overtime.This paper analyzes the communication mode of SMTP and describes its commands and responses.Based on this,the writer accomplishs sending Email combining with VB.
