摘　　要：流通部是图书馆面向读者服务的第一线,是联系读者与图书馆信息资源的桥梁和纽带。流通部通过和广大读者的密切接触,将读者的信息需求和服务建议传递给采访部门和图书馆领导,改进服务方式,完善管理制度,加大宣传力度,使图书馆信息资源得以充分利用和全面建设。The circulating department of a library is the most important department which serves the readers directly and functions like a bridge connecting the readers and the information resources of the library.Through the intimate connection of readers and the circulation department,the library leaders and the book buyers can acquire more information of the needs of readers and then improve the services and strengthen the library resources construction.
