摘　　要：本文分析了当前高校图书馆读者不良行为的新特点,并以安徽工业大学图书馆为个案,结合新的《普通高等学校大学生管理规定》,论述了如何与时俱进地审视、规范读者不良行为,构建和谐高校图书馆。This thesis discusses the new features of the unacceptable acts committed in libraries by college students,and then,taking the library of Anhui University of Technology as an example and on the basis of the new Rules for Behaviors of College Students,analyses how to consider and regulate the acts with a sense of times in order to build up harmonious college libraries.
