摘　　要：粉末触媒合成金刚石,无论在高产、优质还是低锤耗方面,都比片状触媒具有更大优势。粉末合成已经成为金刚石生产的主流。而粉末合成工艺的好坏直接影响金刚石的质量。文章就粉末合成工艺方面的一些问题进行了论述,并提出自己的看法。Synthesizing diamond with catalyst powder is superior over the method with catalyst slice not only in production and quality but also in lower consumption of anvil.Therefore synthesizing with catalyst powder has become a mainstream in diamond production.The synthesizing technology with catalyst powder has an immediate influence on diamond quality.Some problems concerned about the synthesizing technology with catalyst powder were discussed in the paper and some views of the author were proposed.
