摘 要:文章针对提高玉石抛光砂轮的性能开展实验研究。通过对PVA砂轮的制造工艺,包括:制胶、混料浇注、醛化、浸泡洗涤和干燥等过程的研究,以及对温度、醛化和硬化时间的控制,提高了PVA砂轮的质量并缩短了制造周期。制成了富有弹性而又不含添加填料的PVA砂轮,其抗折强度高,磨削精度好,磨削加工时砂轮表面无堵塞,能保持工件无划痕,同时还减少了PVA和磨料的用量,比以往的抛光砂轮具有明显的优越性。Experimental research was made on the improving of the grinding wheel for polishing jade.The quality of the PVA grinding wheel has been improved and the manufacturing cycle was shortened by the research of PVA wheel manufacturing technology including glue preparation,material mixing and pouring,hydroformylation,dipping and cleaning,drying as well as control of the temperature and hydroformylation and hardening time.The advantage of the technology is that the manufactured PVA wheel rich in elasticity and without any filling is characterized by its high breaking strength and precision in grinding and no blockage on the wheel surface during grinding process,no scratching on workpiece,as well as reduced PVA and abrasive dosage,showing obvious superiority over the existing grinding wheels for polishing.
