对控制中小城市烟尘污染的思考

摘　　要：由于部门间管理协调不到位,未能完全按照审批程序新上炉灶,致使未经审批的小炉灶出现在一些中小城市的角落。小炉灶管理和治理难度大,其中环保执法不严是造成中小城市烟尘污染的原因之一。在深入分析中小城市烟尘污染现状的基础上,提出了相应的整改措施和建议。Small stoves scattered in corners of the city because inter-departmental co-ordination is not in place and joint force in approval of new stoves is not formed. Small stove's management and governance is difficult because environmental enforcement is not severe. They are the main causes of serious dust pollution in medium and small cities. We analyse the causes of dust pollution in medium and small cities and put forward appropriate rectification measures and recommendations.
