摘　　要：以等离子喷涂热障涂层为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS中热应力分析功能,对于不同的界面形貌模型,分析计算了其热障涂层中的残余应力的分布和极值,从而得出了不同的界面形貌对涂层中残余应力的一些影响规律。The finite element analysis software,ANSYS was used to perform the numerical simulation.in which some different curve of the interface topography was used.The distribution of the residual stress and the relationship between the residual stress and the interface asperity dimension were obtained.
