摘　　要：目的:探讨依托咪酯(etomidiate,ET)的遗忘作用及其与GABAA受体的关系。方法:小鼠静脉注射(intravenous injection,iv)不同剂量的ET后,静脉注射不同剂量的GABAA受体阻断药一叶秋碱(securinine,Se)。在跳台和避暗实验中,分别观察跳台和避暗的潜伏期(latancy)及错误次数(number of errors)的变化。结果:ET能剂量依赖性地缩短跳台和避暗潜伏期、增加跳台和避暗错误次数;Se能部分拮抗以上作用。结论:ET可以产生遗忘作用,GABAA受体可能是ET遗忘作用的重要靶位。Objective:To investigate the effect of GABAA receptor on the amnesia induced by etomidiate in mice. Methods:Etomidiate was intravenously (iv) injected and securinine,a GABAA receptor antagonist,was intravenously injected after the etomidiate injection. Then two techniques including stepthrough test and stepdown test were employed to evaluate the effects on the latency and the number of errors.
