摘　　要：目的:检测宫颈癌组织中MMP-9和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测40例宫颈癌和12例正常宫颈组织中MMP-9和PCNA的表达水平,分析2种组织中PCNA和MMP-9表达的差异及2者的相关性。结果:宫颈癌组织中MMP-9的蛋白的阳性表达率为77.5%(31/40),高于正常宫颈组织的25.0%(3/12)(χ2=9.041,P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中PCNA阳性表达率为62.5%(25/40),高于正常宫颈组织的8.3%(1/12)(χ2=10.833,P<0.05)。在宫颈癌组织中MMP-9和PCNA的表达具有相关性(rP=0.394,χ2=4.063,P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌组织中MMP-9表达的增高与细胞增殖关系密切,在宫颈癌的发展中起重要作用。Aim:To investigate the expressions of PCNA and MMP-9 in cervix cancer tissue.Methods:The immunohistochemical SP staining method was used to evaluate the PCNA and MMP-9 expressions in 40 cases of cervix cancer tissues and 12 cases of normal cervix tissues.Results: The expression of MMP-9 in cervix cancer tissues was much higher than that in normal cervix tissues (77.5% vs 25.0%) (χ2=9.041,P<0.05);the expression of PCNA in cervix cancer tissues was much higher than that in normal cervix tissues (62.5% vs 8.3%...
