摘　　要：随着经济全球化的纵深发展,大量的外商投资涌入中国,提高外资利用质量使之更好服务于区域竞争力的提高成为研究热点。而生产性服务业以其高聚集、高成长、高辐射的特点迅速成为促进产业结构调整和区域竞争力提升的重要途径。本研究基于产业互动和系统观的研究视角,构建系统科学的外商投资生产性服务业影响因素的三维研究框架,通过中国22个省市的相关数据,采用多元回归等实证方法分析和验证生产性服务业发展的关键影响因素,从而为我国外商投资生产性服务业的发展乃至中国产业结构的调整提供参考。With the deepening of economic globalization, a large amount of foreign investment swarms into China, thus how to make good use of the investment and make it serve the improvement of regional competitive power becomes a hotspot in the research field.
