摘　　要：根据大量基础数据,采用数据对比、回归分析等方法研究了西北地区东部中小城市的经济发展和城市建设现状。阐述了该区域中小城市发展过程中出现的城市绿地不足,水资源短缺矛盾,局部环境污染和城市水土流失等生态环境问题。针对西北地区东部的具体情况,提出科学进行城市规划,特色经济与绿色经济融合,增加生态用地比例,以及保护水源地和合理配置水资源等对策。Based on a large number of data,economical development and urban constructive situation of small and medium-sized cities in eastern part of Northwest China are studied by using comparative regression analysis and other methods.It is found that the eco-environmental problems consist mostly of urban soil and water loss,water resources shortage contradictory,insufficient urban green space,and local environment pollution.According to the specific circumstances,following countermeasures for the eco-environmental...
