网络资源编目对象的选择标准与所面临的问题

摘　　要：对于网络资源编目对象的选择标准这一问题,目前学界尚无系统的探讨。据此,作者提出待编目的网络资源应符合4个方面的标准,即符合图书馆电子馆藏政策、具有一定的学术价值、易获取以及所在网站应具有良好的技术性。目前网络资源编目尚需考虑的问题有:数字资源的长期保存问题、URL的长期有效性问题以及版权问题。The issue on the selection criteria of internet resources needed to be catalogued is not argued widely at present.Accordingly,the author raises 4 criteria in choosing internet resources to be catalogued,including conforming to the electronic collection policy of the library,possessing academic value,easily accessing and having good techniques embodied in websites.Relevant questions to be concerned include long-term preservation of internet resources,long-term effectiveness of the URL and the copyright.
