摘　　要：社会知识的公共性、现代图书馆的共有性和信息权利的公平性决定了图书馆服务必须坚持平等服务的基本原则。我国《图书馆服务宣言》提出了"普遍开放、平等服务、以人为本"的服务基本原则,它向世人表明了中国图书馆致力于实现公益、普遍、开放、平等、人文的图书馆服务的职业追求。图书馆平等服务必须做到服务对象大众化、服务性质公益化、服务范围普及化、服务内容均等化、服务制度与技术公平化、服务方式人性化。The publicity of the social knowledge,the common ownership of modern libraries and the fairness of the information right decide that the library service should persist the equal service principle.Library Services Manifesto of China proposes the basic service principle:universal service,equal service,humanoriented service.It has expressed to the world that Chinese libraries will realize public,universal,opening,equal and humanistic library service.The library equal service must achieve the popularization of ...
