摘　　要：著作权公共领域按其形成机制可分为3个部分:从未受著作权法保护的作品、不再受著作权法保护的作品及对未超过著作权保护期限作品的"免费使用"。著作权公共领域理论有助于实现图书馆的功能和使命。因此,图书馆要积极参与对著作权公共领域的维护,按其形成方式建设和管理馆藏资源,利用其理论知识为馆员清楚地界定"合理使用"与"侵权使用"。In terms of the formation mechanism,the copyright public domain can be divided into three parts:the works never protected by copyright law,the works no longer protected by copyright law and the 'free use' of the works still in the duration of copyright protection.The theory of the copyright public domain contributes to the achievement of library functions and missions.Therefore,the library should take active parts in the defense of the copyright public domain,build and manage collections according to the fo...
