摘　　要：做好地方文献工作是地方公共图书馆一项义不容辞的历史任务。佳木斯市图书馆通过成立课题组、建设数据库、加强人员培训、扩大对外宣传等一系列有效措施,在地方文献征集、加工整理、研究开发和宣传利用等方面取得了飞跃发展。在佳木斯市图书馆的实践中引发出一些有益的启示,可供广大地方文献工作者参考。Completing the local literature work well is a historic task of local public libraries.Through a series of effective measures such as the establishment of topic-based groups,the construction of databases,the training of librarians and the propaganda,the Jiamusi Library makes a great achievement in the collection,processing,reorganization,development and promotion of the local literature,and there are some useful inspirations for other local Literature workers to refer to.
