摘　　要：从20世纪70年代末开始,为适应电子化学习和电子化研究的需要,世界上许多国家的大学实施了信息服务机构改革,合并图书馆和信息技术中心等大学信息服务机构,成立新的大学信息服务部门。此项改革不仅有力地提高了大学信息服务水平,优化了教学和研究环境,而且提升了大学竞争实力。国外30年来的大学信息服务机构改革实践给我们带来了有益的启迪,其中最重要的是要坚持以人为本的价值观,实行渐进式改革。From the late 1970s,in order to adapt to the e-learning and e-research,many universities around the world have actualized the reform of information service organizations,integrated the library and IT centers and set up the new information service unit.
