摘 要:目的了解孕妇系统的孕前产前教育和适度产前检查对孕产妇知识结构及妊娠结局的影响。方法226例行系统产前教育和适度产前检查的孕妇作为干预组,无系统产前教育及不定期产前检查的208例作为对照组,对比分析两组孕妇对孕期保健知识、分娩知识、新生儿护理等内容的认知情况及其妊娠结局。结果干预组与对照组在孕期营养、剖宫产的利弊、经阴道分娩正确配合、新生儿护理及产褥期保健认知水平方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组剖宫产率及母婴患病率高于干预组(P<0.05)。结论系统的产前宣教和适度的产前检查可提高孕妇保健知识水平、改善妊娠结局,降低母婴患病率。Objective To analyze the effect of systematic prenatal health education and an appropriate prenatal diagnosis on pregnancy outcome.Methods 266 women who had undergone prenatal health education and prenatal diagnosis were enrolled in the experimental group,and 208 pregnant women who had not undergone these served as the control group.Their knowledge about antenatal care,delivery,infant care and their pregnancy outcome were analyzed.Results There was significant deviation(P<0.05) in their knowledge about preg...
