摘　　要：高校图书馆的细节管理关系到图书馆整体的工作绩效。从馆长管理角度来说,宏观领导和细节管理是辩证统一关系,这要求馆长具备注重细节的性格和气质。细节管理要通过制订完善的规章制度加以明确和规范,要以管理制度规范图书馆员的行为举止细节、以岗位职责明确部门和岗位详细工作目标、以工作细则规范各项业务的工作细节、以服务规则规范读者的借阅行为细节。"分层管理、逐级负责"机制是落实高校图书馆细节管理的有效保障。The detail management is related to the overall job performance of university libraries.
