摘　　要：宁波市数字图书馆是目前国内首个为社会提供全免费服务的数字图书馆,也是国内首个由地区政府主导建设的综合性、跨系统的区域性数字图书馆。宁波市数字图书馆坚持公益性原则,整合了市内18家不同系统图书馆的资源,建立了统一检索界面、统一身份认证的中心门户网站,并实施24小时内文献传递答复机制。其成熟的经验与先进的服务理念可为其他地区的区域性数字图书馆建设提供参考。Ningbo Digital Library is currently the first digital library which provides free services for society, and also the first synthesized cross-systematic regional digital library led by the government.
