摘　　要：战略规划中关于环境定位和目标定位的描述对图书馆来说尤为重要,在正确定位的基础上制定合理的发展目标可以对图书馆未来的发展与工作进行战略性指导。国外图书馆环境定位战略规划一般从内部环境定位与外部环境定位两个角度展开;图书馆发展目标定位战略规划主要包括总体目标定位战略规划、资源目标定位战略规划与服务目标定位战略规划3个方面的内容。The description of the strategic plan about the environment position and the development goal position is important for libraries.
