摘 要:在大量稳流气道试验的基础上对进直气道和螺旋气道进行了特殊的设计和布置,并对2个气道进行合理组合,以实现最佳的涡流调节效果.电控可调系统采用PC机和ECU两种控制模式.在高、低工况下选取试验点,在试验台架上对配备了可调进气涡流的1132Z单缸柴油机机性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:采用电控涡流可调系统可使发动机在全工况下性能大为改善,提高了经济性,降低了碳烟排放.According to a lot of duct stable flow test results,the straight and helix intake ducts were specially designed and properly set for the variable swirl system in this paper to achieve the best effect for swirl regulating.The controllable intake swirl system could work at two modes.The system was controlled by PC in one mode or controlled by ECU in the other.The performance of 1132Z single-cylinder diesel engine with controllable intake swirl system at different working conditions was studied on the test ben...
