摘　　要：图书馆绩效评估已迅速成为国内图书馆学研究的新课题,研究成果主要集中在4个方面:关于国外图书馆绩效评估理论成果和实践经验的介绍;关于图书馆绩效评估影响因子和指标体系的研究;关于图书馆绩效评估方法与基本模型的研究;关于以绩效改善为核心的图书馆管理创新对策的研究。深化国内图书馆绩效评估研究要明确战略重点,注意厘清图书馆绩效评估的研究使命、整合研究方法、加强科研队伍建设和平台搭建,并在贡献中谋求纵向深入发展。The library performance assessment has become the new research topic of the domestic library science.The main achievement lies in four aspects,such as the introduction about the theory of library assessment theoretical achievements and practice experience at home and abroad;the research on influence elements and index system of the library performance assessment;the research on the ways and basic models of the library performance assessment;the research on the innovative measure of the library management on...
