摘　　要：在图书馆联盟中,联盟成员会面临各种各样的知识产权风险,甚至会影响联盟的运作。若缺乏必要的风险防范体系,则极易导致联盟目标难以实现,甚至联盟解体。因此,需从图书馆联盟组织特性、知识特性及我国知识产权保护环境出发进行知识产权风险辨识,运用风险矩阵进行知识产权风险评估,并在风险辨识和评估的基础上构建图书馆联盟风险防范的内生体系和外生体系。The library members of library consortia may face a wide range of intellectual property risks,which may even affect the operation of library consortia.If the necessary risk prevention system is lacking,objectives of library consortia are difficult to achieve,and even library consortia may collapse.We should identify intellectual property risks from the organizational attribute of library consortia,characteristics of knowledge and the whole intellectual property protection environment,make use of the risk ma...
