摘　　要：云南省高校体育社团在制度建设、经费管理、干部管理、活动管理等方面存在不足,相关部门应重视校园体育文化建设,建立长效监督机制,加强体育社团与体育职能部门的业务往来,重视体育社团干部培训,提高社团资金使用的灵活性和高效性,提高学生体育社团的活动质量与层次,以推动体育社团的健康发展。Deficiencies exist in system design,budget supervision,cadre management,and activity planning in student sports associations in Yunnan province.Relevant offices and departments should pay adequate attention to sports culture on campus by establishing a long term supervision mechanism over such organizations,enhancing the exchange between them and sports departments and offices on campus,training cadres,increasing the flexibility and effectiveness of budget use,and raising the quality and level of sports act...
