摘　　要：虚拟企业已成为当今领先的经营模式,虚拟企业所带来的系列理论:职能部门虚拟化、虚拟经营、多元化经营、敏捷制造等在高职高专学校建立秘书实验室和秘书实务教学中都可以得到实效性很强的应用。Virtual enterprise is the leading managing mode in the modern time.The theories of virtual enterprise can be applied in the building of secretary laboratory as well as the teaching of secretary.And the virtualization of functional departments,the virtualization of managing,multi-management,agile production and so on can be beneficial for the career training of secretary.
