摘　　要：大学生就业困难再次成为人们广泛关注的热点话题。金融危机的突发、教育体制相对滞后、毕业生就业定位偏差、毕业生综合素质不高等原因造成了当前大学生就业形势严峻,要解决当前的大学生就业难问题,需要政府、高校和毕业生共同努力,营造一个良好的就业环境。The employment difficulties of university graduates become widespread concern once again. Sudden financial crisis,the lagging education system,deviated graduate employment positioning,poor overall quality of graduates and other major factors cause the current severe employment situation.To solve the problem,the government,universities and graduates need to work together to create a good employment environment.
