摘　　要：目的探讨变应性真菌性鼻窦炎患者的中鼻道与上颌窦的真菌分布相关性。方法选择变应性真菌性鼻窦炎患者17例,在无菌条件下取患者同一侧中鼻道与上颌窦分泌物,即行涂片镜检及真菌培养,对比观察结果。结果17例患者的中鼻道、上颌窦分泌物真菌阳性率分别为64.7%和52.9%,主要为曲霉菌和暗色孢科菌。结论变应性真菌性鼻窦炎患者的中鼻道真菌阳性率与上颌窦无明显差异,具有明显相关性。Objective To study fungal distribution in the middle meatus and maxillary sinus of patients with allergic fungal rhinosinusitis.Methods Seventeen patients with allergic fungal rhinosinusitis were enrolled.Secretion in the middle meatus and maxillary sinus was collected in sterilization and examined by microscope.Results The percentage of fungal cultures was 64.7%and 52.9%in the middle meatus and maxillary sinus;aspergillus and dermatiaceous were the main species.Conclusion Fungi in the middle meatus had con...
