摘  要:目的探讨吉林长白山特产林蛙油为主要成分的冲剂,对超重辐射大鼠空间辨别性学习记忆的影响。方法复制大鼠超重辐射模型,用林蛙油冲剂进行干预,采用Morris水迷宫实验数据为指标。结果超重辐射组大鼠的逃避潜伏期显著延长,经过平台的次数明显减少。结论以林蛙油为主要成分的冲剂,具有对超重辐射大鼠空间辨别性学习记忆损伤的保护性效应。Objective To explore the effects of granule mainly made from rana japonica oil of the Changbai Mountain on the spatial discriminating learning-memory in the rats of overload and radiation.Methods The rats models of overload and radiation were established and intervened with the granule made data by Morris as the quota.Results The incubation period of the rats under overload and radiation was remarkably lengthened,the number of times they passed the rota was reduced as well.Conclusion The granule mainly made...
