摘　　要：目的探讨林蛙油复方冲剂对大鼠的抗辐射作用。方法复制X线辐射大鼠模型,林蛙油复方冲剂干预12 d,检测各组大鼠血清中总超氧化物歧化酶活性(T-SOD)和脾指数。结果与单纯X线辐射组比较,预防组大鼠血清T-SOD显著升高(P<0.05),并且对脾脏的萎缩有一定的抑制趋势。结论林蛙油复方冲剂具有一定的抗X线辐射损伤作用。Objective To evaluate the protective effect of compound prescription powder mainly made from rana japonica oil on big mice with irradiation damage induced by X-rays.Methods The models of wistar big mice under X radiation were copied and the intervened with the compound prescription powder made from rana japonica oil,the ability of suppression on the T-SOD in the serum taken from each group of big mice was examined.Results Compared with tailored radiation group,Prevention group blood serum T-SOD of big mice ...
