基于大学生主观幸福感的“BKRSL”思想政治工作模式探讨——以在杭高校为例

摘　　要：基于对在杭高校学生主观幸福感现状的调查和分析,高校应立足大学生主观幸福感,从"B-Basic基础"、"K-Know了解"、"R-Respect尊重"、"S-Serve服务"、"L-Lead引导"入手,探讨思想政治工作新模式,为深化思想政治工作内涵和实质奠定基础。Based on the investigation and analysis of the actuality of subjective happiness of the college students in Hangzhou,institutions of higher learning should take students' subjective happiness as the standpoint,starting from BKRSL model of "B-Basic ","K-Know ","R-Respect ","S-Serve " and "L-Lead" in order to explore the new model of ideological and political work and lay the foundation of deepening the connotation and essence of ideological and political work.
