时控开关在风机控制应用中的问题分析

摘　　要：白溪水电站利用微电脑时控开关对通风机进行时段起停控制。但在改进过程中,出现了按下紧停按钮,而风机却无法停止的现象。针对风机控制电路进行详细的分析发现,是由于风机控制电源与微电脑时控开关之间形成了新的回路,导致风机控制接触器不能释放引起的。The microcomputer time switch has been applied to the fan sub-period control in Baixi hydropower station.The fan couldn't stop during the improvement process when the emergency stop button has been pushed.The article analyses the cause according to the fan control circuit in detail.It is found that the new circuit emerges between power for fan and the microcomputer time switch.Leading to the contactor of fan couldn't release.
