大字符喷码机的字符点阵分析与应用

摘　　要：大字符喷码机是实现钢铁产品在线标示的重要设备,而喷印字符的点阵结构参数决定大字符喷码机中喷印装置的设计。该文设计了适用于工业现场喷印的字符点阵结构,分析可知影响字符分辨率的因素包括字符的点阵结构、径距比和喷点厚度,从而确定喷头中开关阀的额定流量;分析字符尺寸确定开关阀的最大尺寸;分析喷印速度和字符宽度确定开关阀的工作频率,为大字符喷码机的设计提供了依据,可满足实际生产的需要。Big character printer is a kind of important marking equipment used in iron and steel enterprises.The dot matrix structure parameters are the basis of design of marking part in big character printer.The dot matrix structure applied in industrial environment was built in the paper.It was researched that the matrix structure,diameter-space-ratio and dot thickness would affect character resolution.The flux of on-off valve would be computed based on these parameters.The maximum size of valve was researched on t...
